On 21 October 2021, Julia Hilton was a panelist on the ITV meridian politics show The Last Word. Panelists were asked ‘who should foot the bill for climate change?’. Cllr Julia Hilton said there will be costs, but unless those costs are addressed soon, they’ll become all the more significant if we postpone the awkward decisions.
