📍 Where: Hybrid – join in person or via Zoom

💬 What to Expect at Member Meetings
Our monthly meetings are open, friendly, and participatory spaces where members:
- Get updates from Green councillors, ward teams, and campaign groups
- Discuss local issues and influence Green Party strategy in Hastings and Rye
- Hear about upcoming events, campaigns, and council decisions
- Vote on motions or make decisions (when needed)
- Bring new ideas, raise concerns, or suggest improvements
Meetings include a mix of presentations, informal discussion, and formal decisions where necessary – all in line with our commitment to grassroots democracy and inclusivity.
📌 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
🗓️ Starting from 2026, our AGM will be held every September.
At the AGM we:
- Elect officers to our Executive Committee
- Review the past year’s work and finances
- Set priorities for the year ahead
- Welcome member motions for debate and decision
