Hastings Green Party is very pleased to announce Mark Etherington as the Braybrooke candidate.

My name is Mark Etherington. I am a member of Hastings Green Party, and have been a resident of Braybrooke since 2004. I spent six years in the British Army, and a further 30 years working for UK government on conflict issues. My last posting was in Kyiv, Ukraine.

I am putting my name forward to be a Green councillor for Braybrooke because I see at first-hand the challenges the town faces – flooding, sewage-dumping, litter, anti-social behaviour, traffic-management – and believe we can, and should, do better.

This endless game of pass-the-parcel between our two main parties is really not working for our town. Residents need a responsive, communicative, and energetic Council, made up of hard-working and active councillors who listen to their concerns, and keep them informed.

I believe that my experience and energy make can make a difference to our ward, and in our council. I would welcome your support.
